    Parent/Guardian Details

    1. Registration & Payment

    1.1. A completed registration form and full payment are required to secure a place at the camp.
    1.2. Payments are non-refundable unless the camp is canceled by Maths Infinity Ltd.
    1.3. Discounts must be applied at the time of booking; no retrospective discounts will be provided.

    2. Attendance & Drop-off/Pick-up

    2.1. The camp operates from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
    2.2. Early drop-off and late pick-up are available at an additional charge.
    2.3. Parents/guardians must inform Maths Infinity Ltd if someone other than the listed guardian will be collecting the child.

    3. Health & Safety

    3.1. Parents/guardians must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements on the registration form.
    3.2. Maths Infinity Ltd staff will administer only first aid in case of minor injuries. In case of emergencies, appropriate medical
    assistance will be sought.
    3.3. Parents/guardians must ensure their child brings any necessary medication and provides written instructions for administration.

    4. Behaviour & Conduct

    4.1. All children are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other students.
    4.2. Maths Infinity Ltd reserves the right to dismiss a child from the camp without refund if their behavior is disruptive or unsafe.
    4.3. Any damage caused to property or materials due to misconduct may be charged to the parent/guardian.

    5. Food & Personal Belongings

    5.1. Students must bring a packed lunch each day.
    5.2. Maths Infinity Ltd is not responsible for the loss or damage of any personal belongings.
    5.3. Parents should ensure their child does not bring valuable items to the camp.

    6. Photography & Media Consent

    6.1. Photos, videos, or work created by students may be used for promotional purposes, unless the parent/guardian opts out on the
    registration form.
    6.2. Content shared with parents only will not be used for marketing without additional consent.

    7. Cancellations & Refunds

    7.1. No refunds will be issued for missed days due to illness or personal reasons.
    7.2. In the event of camp cancellation by Maths Infinity Ltd, a full refund will be provided.

    8. Liability Disclaimer

    8.1. Maths Infinity Ltd takes all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants.
    8.2. By enrolling, parents/guardians acknowledge that participation in activities carries inherent risks, and Maths Infinity Ltd is not
    liable for any injuries, losses, or damages unless caused by negligence.
